RETURNS & REFUNDS
All specimens are handmade and issued as limited editions; therefore, returns or refunds are not available for change-of-mind requests.
In cases where an order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, notification must be submitted within 7 days of delivery, accompanied by photographic documentation.
Upon validation, return shipping instructions will be issued. Refund or replacement processing will occur after receipt and inspection of the returned item.
Returned items must remain in original condition and packaging. Unauthorized returns will not be processed.
